摘 要:为了提高淀粉基复合膜的力学性能和阻水性能,以酸解淀粉和聚己二酸-对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBAT)为主要成膜基材,通过挤出吹塑法制备了酸解淀粉/PBAT复合膜,研究了淀粉/PBAT比例对复合膜结构、力学性能和阻隔性能等的影响。结果表明,随着PBAT含量的增加,淀粉/PBAT共混物的流动性增强,模量与复合黏度降低,淀粉与PBAT之间的氢键作用减弱。添加PBAT可显著提高淀粉膜的力学性能和阻隔性能,复合膜纵向最大拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别为7.86 MPa和532.67%,最低水蒸气和氧气透过系数分别为3.74×10^(-11) g·m^(-1)·s^(-1)·Pa^(-1)和5.77×10^(-15) cm^(2)·s^(-1)·Pa^(-1)。To improve the mechanical properties and hydrophobicity of starch-based composite films,acidolysis starch and poly(butylene adipate-co-terephthalate)(PBAT)were selected as the main film-forming matrix to prepare starch/PBAT composite film by extrusion blowing.The effects of starch/PBAT proportions on physicochemical,mechanical and water vapor barrier properties of the films were investigated.The results indicated that with the increase of PBAT content,the fluidity of starch/PBAT blends increased,and the modulus and composite viscosity decreased,and the hydrogen bonding was weakened.The mechanical properties and barrier properties of the starch films were significantly improved by adding PBAT.The maximum tensile strength and elongation at break of the starch/PBAT composite films in the longitudinal direction were 7.86 MPa and 532.4%,respectively.The minimum water-vapor permeability and oxygen permeability were 3.74×10^(-11) g·m^(-1)·s^(-1)·Pa^(-1) and 5.77×10^(-15) cm^(2)·s^(-1)·Pa^(-1),respectively.
