摘  要:卫生法学课程具有课程思政建设的先天优势,可以成为医学专业课程思政改革的重要载体。为此,需要重新思考卫生法学课程的教学目标,理解开设卫生法学课程是侧重培养医务人员而非法律人员,侧重培养医务人员的法律思维而非一味的法律条款的逻辑自洽。卫生法学课程思政的教学方法应注重PBL教学法与案例教学法的综合运用,同时有条件的院校可以采用传统的模拟法庭方式。卫生法学课程思政教学内容应注重向精神素质提升方向转变,具体可通过患者知情同意权的主体、患者隐私权保护、医疗过失标准等内容予以感悟,以全面培育和塑造医学生经世济民、诚信服务、德法兼修的职业素养。The course of health law has the inborn advantage of ideological and political theories construction,which can become one of the important carriers of ideological and political theories teaching construction of medical professional courses.It is necessary to rethink the teaching objectives of health law,understand the logic of setting up health law to train medical staffs,not legal personnel,and to train the legal thinking of medical personnel,not legal provisions.The teaching method of ideological and political theories teaching of health law should pay attention to the comprehensive application of PBL teaching method and case study,or the moot court.The contents of ideological and political theories teaching of health law should focus on the transformation to the promotion of mental quality,which can be realized through the subjects of informed consent,protection of patients’privacy,and standard of medical negligence,which can comprehensively improve the medical students’professional quality of serving the people through the world,honest service,morality and law.
