摘　　要：通过在本科生培养模式中采用基于科研项目驱动的实验室型本科生导师制,探讨基于科研项目驱动的本科生导师制在学生综合素质培养过程中所起的作用。文章基于实际案例探索分析此类本科生导师制实施过程中存在的学生选择、教研方法和实验安全等问题和难点,有针对性地提出了按年级选择学生进而做到因材施教、强化实验功能分类以促进教研结合、完善实验室安全和仪器使用制度三类主要的解决建议。By using the practical experience of a laboratory-type tutorial system derived from scientific research projects,the effect of the tutorial system derived from scientific research projects in cultivating students’comprehensive quality is explored.Based on actual cases,this paper explores and analyzes the problems and difficulties in student selection,teaching and research methods,and experimental safety in the implementation of this kind of undergraduate tutorial system,and proposes three major targeted solutions:selecting students from different grade and teaching them according to their aptitude,strengthening the experimental functional classification to promote the combination of research and teaching,and improving the laboratory safety and instrument use system.
