高职专业课程思政建设的教学研究与实践——以房地产经纪课程为例

摘　　要：课程思政是指以全员、全程、全课程育人格局的形式,使各类课程与思想政治理论课同向同行,形成协同效应,把立德树人作为教育的根本任务的一种综合教育理念。教师应时刻牢记立德树人初心,担当教书育人职责,把思想政治教育渗透在每一门课程、每一堂课中。房地产经纪是江苏城乡建设职业学院管理工程学院房地产经营管理专业的核心课、物业管理专业的拓展必修课。该文通过对房地产经营管理与物业管理专业学生的调研,了解专业课教师开展思政教育的情况以及学生在思政学习中遇到的困难,分析课程思政、专业思政育人的效果,并进一步探讨高职专业课程思政建设的改进措施。Course-based ideological and political education refers to a comprehensive educational concept that takes all kinds of courses and ideological and political theory courses in the same direction, forms a synergistic effect, and takes enhancing morality and fostering talents as the fundamental task of education.Teachers should always keep in mind the original intention of enhancing morality and fostering talents, take on the responsibility of teaching and educating people, and infiltrate ideological and political education into every course and every class. Real Estate Brokerage is a professional core course of real estate operation and management in the School of Management Engineering of Jiangsu Vocational College of Urban and Rural Construction and a compulsory course for the expansion of property management. Through the investigation of students majoring in real estate management and property management, this paper aims to learn about the students’ attitudes towards professional teachers’ implementation of ideological and political education, and the difficulties they encountered in ideological and political learning, analyzes the effect of course-based ideological and political education and professional ideological and political education, and further discusses the improvement measures of ideological and political construction of higher vocational professional courses.
