摘　　要：教育科研是教师进行自主性专业发展的重要途径;教育科研能使教师树立自主发展观念,能为教师提供可持续发展的平台,并能培养教师的“教、学、研”能力;教师主体要开启教育科研状态,需要做到敢于实践,乐于学习,善于思考,勤于写作。Educational research is an important way for teachers to develop their own profession,which can help teachers establish the concept of independent development,provide a platform for sustainable development,and cultivate their ability of"Teaching,learning and research".If teachers want to open the state of education and educational research,they should dare to practice,be willing to learn,be good at thinking and be diligent in writing.
