摘　　要：高校辅导员工作室育人功能的实现,需要从未来职业发展视角进行教育管理布局。通过对未来职业发展趋势分析及评估,充分发挥高校辅导员工作室育人功能与优势,切实弥补现阶段高校辅导员育人管理工作不足,为新时期辅导员工作室育人功能的有效实现提供有力保障。The realization of the educational function of college counselor studio needs to carry out the layout of education management from the perspective of future career development.Through the analysis and evaluation of the future career development trend,give full play to the educational function and advantages of college counselor studio,effectively make up for the lack of educational management of college counselors at the present stage,and provide a strong guarantee for the effective realization of the educational function of counselor studio in the new era.
