摘 要:将病例分析讨论教学法应用在普通内科临床带教中,可提高临床医师的学习兴趣,活跃教学氛围,提高临床医师分析、解决问题的能力,巩固所学知识,激发临床医师的创造力,推动普通内科学的学科发展。病例分析讨论的组织实施包括安排分析讨论的负责人员,设置病例分析讨论的时间、地点,合适病例的选择,实施步骤,讨论形式,讨论内容的记录与归档等内容。在病例分析讨论教学中,应注意动员全部临床医师共同参与病例分析讨论,调动起所有学员的积极性,临床带教老师应不断更新观念,提高自身人文素质,还要根据教学大纲的内容和要求,选择合适的普通内科病例。The application of case analysis and discussion teaching method in general internal medicine clinical teaching can increase the learning interest of clinical learning physicians,activate the teaching atmosphere,improve the clinical physicians'ability to analyze and solve problems,consolidate the knowledge they have learned,and stimulate the creativity of clinicians,to promote the development of the discipline of general internal medicine.The organization and implementation of case analysis and discussion includes arranging the person in charge of the analysis and discussion,setting the time and place for case analysis and discussion,the selection of suitable cases,the implementation steps,the discussion format,the recording and archiving of the discussion content,etc.In case analysis and discussion teaching,attention should be paid to mobilizing all clinical physicians to participate in case analysis discussion,mobilizing the enthusiasm of all students,and clinical teaching teachers should constantly update their concepts and improve their own humanistic quality.According to the content and requirements of the syllabus,appropriate general medical cases should be selected.
