摘 要:我国经济社会的发展需要大量的人才作为支撑,人才培养质量又决定了经济社会发展的质量与效率。课堂革命是教育改革持续推进的必然选择,也是经济社会发展的客观要求。互联网消解了时间空间的障碍,为教育教学改革提供了无尽的动力和可能空间,翻转课堂教学模式正是基于互联网与教育的高度,高效融合的产物,是在传统课堂的解构的基础上,"以学习者为中心,以教师为主导",对教学要素进行重新建构而成的创新型教学模式。课程设计、学习资源、课堂文化、角色界定以及教学评价是翻转课堂教学模式的核心要素,也是决定其能否取得成效的关键。The development of Chinese economic and society needs a lot of talents, and the quality determines the quality and efficiency of economic and social development. Classroom revolution is the inevitable choice for the continuous advancement of education reform,and also the objective requirement of economic and social development. The Internet solves the obstacles of time space, provides countless motivation and possible space for education and teaching reform, flipped classroom teaching mode is based on the height of the Internet and education, efficient integration, is on the basis of the traditional classroom deconstruction, "with the learners, the teacher", reconstruct teaching elements and innovative teaching mode. Curriculum design, learning resources, classroom culture, role definition and teaching evaluation are the core elements of the flipped classroom teaching model and the key to determine whether it can achieve results.
