电梯导轨安装及调整课程教学设备的设计

摘　　要：分析了电梯导轨安装及调整课程的重要性及目前该课程教学存在的问题,为此设计了一套与一体化课程相融合的教学设备。分析了该教学设备的功能设定及创新点,介绍了该设备解决的实际问题。该设备具有符合企业岗位工艺规范,保障学生实训安全,整合典型实训项目,节省教学资源使用等特点。A teaching equipment with the integration of course is designed for the importance of the installation and adjustment course of elevator guide rail,and the problems existed in course teaching.The function setting and innovation points for the device are analyzed,practical issues solved by the device are introduced.The features of the equipment including compliance with requirements for process of company positions,guarantee security for practical training of students,item integration of typical practical training,and save teaching resource.
