摘  要:医学人文教育是医学临床教学中的重要内容,其核心在于提升学生的医学人文素养,督促其在执业过程中能坚守医学伦理,践行医学人文关怀。从而促进在充分治疗病情的基础上,给予患者以良好的治疗体验,在最大程度上减少疾病对患者的影响。而儿科临床教学由于研究对象的特殊性,对人文教育存有更高的要求,不仅要求护理人员能充分体会到患儿的痛苦,同时要求护理人员能够配合治疗要求,对患儿进行相应的护理,从而提升患儿的依从性,充分实现治疗效果。但目前的临床儿科教学中却存在较多的问题,无法充分满足临床实务工作对学生素质的需求。基于此,该次研究针对临床儿科人文教育中的情况作出针对性分析,在充分分析存在问题的基础上,提示针对性的改善策略,以期为完善临床儿科的人文教育提供相应的参考。Medical humanities education is an important part of medical clinical teaching,and its core lies in improving students'medical humanistic literacy and urging them to adhere to medical ethics and practice medical humanistic care in the process of practicing.Thereby,on the basis of adequate treatment of the condition,a good treatment experience is given to the patient,and the impact of the disease on the patient is minimized.However,pediatric clinical teaching has higher requirements for humanistic education due to the particularity of the research objects.Not only does it require nursing staff and patients to fully appreciate the pain of the child,but also the nursing staff is required to cooperate with the treatment requirements and deal with the children accordingly,thereby promoting the compliance of the child,thereby promoting the full realization of the treatment effect.However,there are many problems in the current clinical pediatrics teaching,which cannot fully meet the needs of clinical practice for the quality of students.Based on this,this study made a targeted analysis of the situation in clinical pediatrics humanities education,and on the basis of full analysis of existing problems,suggested targeted improvement strategies,in order to provide corresponding references for perfecting clinical pediatrics humanities education.
