摘 要:绩效考核评价是高校人力资源管理工作的重要组成部分,高校开展教育绩效考核评价工作的目的是客观、公正地对教师的工作进行评估,从而提供一定的指导性意见来优化教师专业能力和提升教学水平,将教师的职业发展与学校的未来规划相统一。通过引入多元统计分析方法,分析现阶段我国高校教师绩效考核中存在的问题,并在此基础上结合教学实践和研究提出优化我国高校教师绩效考核评价体系的策略,旨在推动教师专业能力和教学水平的双向提升。Teacher performance appraisal is an important part of human resource management in colleges and universities.The purpose of educational performance appraisal work in colleges and universities is to objectively and fairly evaluate the work of teachers so as to provide certain guiding opinions to optimize teachers’professional ability and integrate the professional development of teachers with the future planning of the school.Combined with the current problems in the performance appraisal of colleges and universities in China,this article introduces a multivariate statistical analysis method to analyze its application value.On this basis,and according to the teaching practice and research,the optimization strategies for improving the performance appraisal system of college teachers are proposed in order to promote the two-way improvement of teachers’professional ability and teaching level.
