摘 要:为避免传统糖度检测仪器对苹果糖度的破坏性测量,提出了一种新型的基于无线传输模块的气体传感器阵列采集苹果气味,建立苹果散发的气味与糖度之间的联系,实现了快速、无损、简易便携的苹果糖度检测系统,该方法相较于近红外光谱仪器简易便携,性价比更高。该检测系统是由气体传感器阵列组成的数据采集系统和带有模式识别软件的计算机组成。对苹果进行气体浓度采集,获得每个气体传感器上的浓度数值,经过数据预处理,滤除存在的噪声信息,提取特征值参数,作为神经网络识别的输入向量。用粒子群(PSO)算法改进的BP神经网络对所测样本进行分析,粒子群BP神经网络(PSO-BP)算法测试准确度达到86.67%,该方法克服了气体传感器采集数据过程中的不稳定,能够准确区分不同甜度的苹果,可以建立一个快速完善的糖度分级系统,实现对苹果糖度的快速检测,以此来保证产品的质量,提高苹果的出口率。In order to avoid the destructive measurement of apple sugar content by traditional sugar content detection instrument, a new type of gas sensor array based on wireless transmission module was proposed to collect apple smell and establish the relationship between apple smell and sugar content, thus realizing a fast, nondestructive, simple and portable apple sugar content detection system. Compared with near infrared spectroscopy instrument, this method is simple and portable, and has higher cost performance. The detection system is composed of a data acquisition system composed of gas sensor array and a computer with pattern recognition software. The gas concentration of apples is collected to obtain the concentration value of each gas sensor. After data preprocessing, the existing noise information is filtered out, and the eigenvalue parameters are extracted as the input vector of neural network recognition. The BP neural network improved by particle swarm optimization(PSO) algorithm is used to analyze the tested samples, and the accuracy of PSO-BP algorithm reaches 86.67%. This method overcomes the instability in the process of collecting data from gas sensors, can accurately distinguish apples with different sweetness, and can establish a fast and perfect sugar grading system to realize the rapid detection of sugar degree of apples, so as to ensure the quality of products and improve the export rate of apples.
