摘 要:为了有效提高车辆的动力性和经济性,针对电动车辆大功率加速工作电池负荷大,制动能量回收效率低的问题,提出了加装机电式飞轮系统的车辆。通过研究机电式飞轮系统在制动能量回收时功率分流和驱动汽车时扭矩耦合的工作原理,使用针对该系统工作特点的模糊控制策略,根据机电式飞轮系统高效率的优点,制定了使该系统回收、释放能量的逻辑策略;结合CRUISE搭建整车模型,MATLAB-Simulink设计能量管理的模糊控制策略,并将CRUISE与MATLAB-Simulink通过Interface建立联合仿真平台进行仿真分析。结果表明,首先,搭载机电式飞轮系统的车辆精确地完成驾驶员的驾驶要求。其次,飞轮及控制电机的工作状态符合其工作原理。最后,搭载了机电式飞轮系统的四驱车辆相比较普通的四驱车辆,其新欧洲驾驶循环(new European driving cycle,NEDC)工况电能消耗量下降了10.26%。In order to improve the power and economy of the vehicle,in response to the problem of high power acceleration work battery load and low braking energy recovery efficiency of electric vehicles,the vehicle retrofitted with electromechanical flywheel system was proposed.A suitable fuzzy control strategy was developed by studying the principles of power splitting and torque coupling of the planetary gear mechanism.Energy management strategies were developed based on improving the efficiency of system energy.The whole vehicle model was built using CRUISE,and MATLAB-Simulink was used to design the fuzzy control strategy for energy management.CRUISE and MATLAB-Simulink were established as a joint simulation platform through interface for simulation analysis.The results show that,first of all,the vehicles equipped with the electromechanical flywheel system precisely fulfill the driver's driving requirements.Second,the flywheel and control motor work in accordance with its operating principle.Finally,four-wheel drive vehicles equipped with an electromechanical flywheel system have a 10.26%reduction in new European driving cycle(NEDC)operating electricity consumption compared to regular four-wheel drive vehicles.
