摘　　要：目的编制保安人员心肺复苏知信行问卷,并对其进行信效度检验。方法以知信行理论(knowledge at⁃titude belief practice,KAP)为指导,通过文献回顾法和三轮专家咨询法来确定条目池;采用方便抽样方法,抽取上海市三级甲等医院的356名保安人员进行预调查,进一步对问卷条目进行筛选,并对问卷信效度进行检验。结果最终形成保安人员知信行问卷,包括33个条目,探索性因子分析KMO=0.894,χ^(2)=7165.732,P<0.01,共提取7个公因子,累计方差贡献率67.018%,验证性因子分析卡方值与自由度的比值(χ^(2)/df)为2.701,近似误差均方根(RMSEA)=0.069,适配度指标值(GFI)=0.803,比较拟合指数(comparing fitting index,CFI)=0.877,NNFI(non-normed fit index)=0.819。问卷知识、态度、行为各维度的内容效度(S-CVI)分别为0.969、0.794和0.793,平均0.85,各条目内容效度(I-CVI)为0.938~1.00。问卷总体Cronbach's α系数为0.911,各维度Cronbach'sα系数为0.917、0.913和0.737,问卷总体折半系数为0.712,知识、态度和行为3个维度的重测信度分别为0.924,0.913和0.875。结论编制问卷的信效度好,可作为保安人员心肺复苏知识、态度和行为现状调查的研究工具。Objective This project aims to develop a knowledge,attitude and practice questionnaire on cardiopulmo⁃nary resuscitation for security guards,and test its reliability and validity.Methods Guided by the theory of knowledge,attitude and practice,we conducted literature review method and three rounds of expert consultation in order to deter⁃mine the item pool of the questionnaire.A total of 356 security guards from a grade A tertiary hospital in Shanghai,se⁃lected by convenient sampling,were recruited for the study.And investigation's purpose was to further screen items and test reliability and validity of the questionnaire.Results 33 items were included in the questionnaire.KMO=0.894,χ^(2)=7165.732,P<0.01.A total of seven common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis,the cu⁃mulative variance contribution rate was 67.018%.The ratio of the square value to the degree of freedom(χ^(2)/df)was 2.701,the root mean square of the approximate error(RMSEA)0.069,the fitness index value(GFI)0.803,the compara⁃tive fitting index(CFI)0.877,and the non-normed fit index(NNFI)0.819.The content validity(S-CVI)of the knowl⁃edge,attitude,and behavior dimensions of the questionnaire were 0.969,0.794,and 0.793,respectively,with an aver⁃age of 0.852,and the content validity(I-CVI)of each item was 0.938-1.00.The overall Cronbach'sαcoefficient of the questionnaire was 0.911,with the Cronbach'sαcoefficients of each dimension being 0.917,0.913 and 0.737,respec⁃tively.The overall half-coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.712,and the test-retest reliability of the three dimensions were 0.924,0.913 and 0.875,respectively.Conclusion Questionnaire developed by the researchers was shown to have good reliability and validity.It could be used as a research tool to evaluate the status of knowledge,attitude and practice of cardiopulmonary resuscitation among security guards.
