摘  要:目的探讨能力本位教育模式培训对提升糖尿病联络护士岗位胜任力的效果,为临床护士培训提供选择。方法2020年7月—11月,选择20名糖尿病联络护士,根据培训前糖尿病联络护士岗位胜任力情况与结合糖尿病联络护士工作内容设计糖尿病理论、临床实践培训课程,应用能力本位教育模式对其进行培训。了解培训前后糖尿病联络护士糖尿病理论知识和岗位胜任力得分的变化情况。结果培训前糖尿病联络护士理论知识测试得分(69.4±8.6)分,培训后(93.1±4.9)分,前后比较,t=-12.360,P<0.001。岗位胜任力得分变化采用广义估计方程进行分析,自评结果显示,培训每改变一个单位岗位胜任力得分平均增加8.150分(P<0.001);他评结果显示,培训每改变一个单位,岗位胜任力得分平均增加5.950分(P<0.001)。结论应用能力本位教育模式可提高糖尿病联络护士岗位胜任力,同时提升其理论与临床实践水平。Objective To explore the effect of competency-based education model in post competency of diabetes liaison nurses,therefore to provide an option in the training of nurses.Methods Between July and November 2020,20 diabetes liaison nurses were selected as participants of the study.According to the status of post competency of diabetes liaison nurses before training,diabetic theory and clinical skills were designed and combined with the duties of diabetes liaison nurses,and the competency-based education mode was applied during the training.The mastery of theoretic knowledge and the acquisition of post competence after the training were compared with that before the training.Results The score of their theoretic knowledge after the training was significantly higher than that before the training(93.1±4.9 vs.69.4±8.6;t=-12.360,P<0.001).Based on the generalized estimating equations,the self-evaluation showed the score of their post competence were increased averagely by 8.150 points each time when they were shifted from one department to another during the training(P<0.001),and the others-assessment on the equations showed the score of their post competence were increased averagely by 5.950 points each time when they were shifted from one department to another during the training(P<0.001).Conclusion The competency-based training model could improve both the competence and the theoretical knowledge and clinical nursing skills of diabetes liaison nurses.
