摘 要:目的分析2016—2020年广东省医务人员食源性疾病发病特征,为制订防控策略提供科学依据。方法对"国家食源性疾病监测报告系统"2016年1月—2020年12月的数据进行分析。结果 2016—2020年广东省共报告医务人员食源性疾病病例1 507例,年均发病率为0.52%,住院病例为55例,无死亡病例。男女比例为1∶2.03,致病菌总体阳性检出率为13.7%。结论广东省医务人员病例主要在珠三角地区,主要年龄段在18~30岁,引起发病的主要食物为肉类及其制品。病例病原体检出率最高的是沙门氏菌,应对食源性疾病进行进一步防控。Objective To analyze the incidence characteristics of foodborne diseases among medical personnel in Guangdong Province from 2016 to 2020,and to provide scientific basis for prevention and control strategies.Method The data of National Foodborne Monitoring and Reporting System from January 2016 to December 2020 were analyzed.Result From 2016 to 2020,a total of 1 507 cases of foodborne diseases among medical staff were reported in Guangdong Province,with an average annual incidence of 0.52%,55 cases of hospitalization,and no deaths.The male to female ratio was 1∶2.03,and the overall positive detection rate of pathogenic bacteria was 13.7%.Conclusion The cases of medical personnel in Guangdong Province are mainly in the Pearl River Delta Region,and the main age group is 18~30 years old.The main food causing the disease is meat and its products.The highest pathogen detection rate is Salmonella,and further prevention and control of foodborne diseases should be carried out.
