摘　　要：为培养当代大学生的理论素养及专业能力,更好地将学生培养成当今社会需要的应用型人才,结合宁德师范学院的建设和地区建设,对《微生物学》课程教学、考试模式进行改革和实践.通过对《微生物学》课程特点、教学现状、现存课程考试问题等的分析,提出了《微生物学》课程考试改革的思路和具体方法.通过该课程教学和考试的改革,增强学生的动手实践能力、语言表达能力和阅读文献能力等综合能力,减轻学生应付期末考试的学习负担,改善学习主动性,取得了较好的教学效果.To cultivate the theoretical literacy and professional ability of applied talents needed by today’s society,the teaching and examination mode of the course of Microbiology is reformed in view of the regional construction of Ningde Normal University.Through the analysis of the characteristics,teaching status and existing examination problems,this paper puts forward specific methods of the reform.It turns out that students’comprehensive abilities are enhanced,such as the ability of practice,language expression and literature reading.Students’burden to cope with the final exam is reduced,their learning initiative is improved,and good teaching results are achieved.
