江西职业教育服务地方乡村振兴的路径探究

摘　　要：巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果离不开农村领域的优秀人才,实现乡村振兴战略的关键动力也是需要乡土人才来支撑和保障,而这需要职业教育与乡村振兴进一步融合发展。一方面,江西的职业教育要精准对接乡村振兴战略,主动参与乡村产业技能人才培养与乡村治理,促进乡村产业结构转型和产品创新。另一方面,政府、社会和职业院校要共同推动我省职业教育改革,构建高职教育融入乡村产业的平台,促进职业院校与乡村发展的融合发展,打造农村职业教育新形态。The achievements of poverty alleviation cannot be consolidated or expanded without the outstanding talents in rural areas.The key driving force for realizing the rural revitalization strategy also needs the support and guarantee of local talents,which requires the further integration of vocational education and rural revitalization.As for Jiangxi province,on the one hand,the vocational education should accurately connect with the rural revitalization strategy,train skilled talents in rural industry and actively participate in rural governance,and promote product innovation and transformation of rural industrial structure.On the other hand,the government,society and vocational colleges should jointly promote the reform of vocational education and build a platform to help vocational education integrate into rural industry,so as to promote the integrated development of vocational colleges and rural development,and create a new form of rural vocational education.
