摘　　要：目的:分析视力筛查仪对于托幼机构集体儿童眼保健的应用效果。方法:选定韶关市浈江区和武江区共160所幼儿园,2020年1月~2020年12月的17018例儿童,均采用索维SW-800视力筛查仪筛查,将阿托品散瞳检影验光作为金标准。比较两种技术不同年龄段检出结果,计算索维SW-800视力筛查仪诊断灵敏度、特异度。结果:索维SW-800视力筛查仪0.5~3.0岁、3.0~4.0岁及5.0~6.0岁远视检出率、近视检出率、散光检出率、总屈光异常率与阿托品散瞳检影验光比较P>0.05;索维SW-800视力筛查仪诊断灵敏度为75.64%、特异度为95.37%。结论:索维SW-800视力筛查仪在集体儿童眼保健中,可提高近视、散光、远视等屈光不正检出率,且操作方便,适用于大规模筛查,临床价值较高。Objective:To analyze the application effect of vision screening instrument on collective children’s eye care in kindergartens.Methods:A total of 160 kindergartens in Zhenjiang District and Wujiang District of Shaoguan City were selected.From January 2020 to December 2020,17018 children were screened with the Suoer SW-800 vision screener,and the pupils were dilated with atropine.Optometry is the gold standard.Compare the detection results of the two technologies in different age groups,and calculate the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of the Suoer SW-800 vision screener.Results:Compared with atropine mydriasis optometry,the detection rates of hyperopia,myopia,astigmatism and total refractive abnormalities in 0.5~3.0 years old,3.0~4.0 years old and 5.0~6.0 years old were P>0.05;the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of Suoer SW-800 vision screening instrument were 75.64%and 95.37%.Conclusion:The Suoer SW-800 vision screening instrument can improve the detection rate of myopia,astigmatism,hyperopia and other refractive errors in collective children’s eye care,and is easy to operate.It is suitable for large-scale screening and has high clinical value.
