摘  要:目前,高职院校“双高计划”建设要求提高文化育人效果,而人文教育存在的问题影响了“双高”校建设。实践中,高职院校可尝试以徽商文化校园实践平台为主体,探索选择徽商文化育人的校园平台,实现教学平台、社团平台及网络平台的有机结合,探索三个平台和三个课堂的有机联动,形成高职院校全校“浸润式”文化育人的教育生态,提升高职大学生的综合素养和创业就业能力。At present,the construction of"Double-highness Project"in higher vocational institutes has the requirement of improving effect of talent cultivation through cultural education,while the problems in humanistic education affect the construction of"Double-highness"institutes.In practice,it is attemptable for higher vocational institutes to explore into the selection of the campus platform for talent cultivation through Huizhou merchant culture to realize organic combination of teaching,society and network platforms.Besides,they can also make an attempt to grope for organic linkage of three platforms and three classrooms to form the educational ecosystem where higher vocational institutes can conduct"infiltration"talent cultivation through culture education,for the purpose of improving undergraduates’comprehensive quality and their ability in entrepreneurship and employment.
