摘 要:目的:基于CIRO培训评估模型构建继续护理学教育效果评价指标体系,以期为评价继续护理学教育效果提供科学、全面、可靠的工具。方法:以CIRO培训评估模型为框架,在文献回顾、半结构式访谈及小组讨论的基础上制定指标体系初稿,并编制完成专家函询问卷,采用德尔菲专家咨询法对17位专家进行2轮咨询,运用层次分析法明确各指标权重,并最终确定基于CIRO培训评估模型的继续护理学教育效果评价指标体系内容及各指标权重。结果:2轮函询问卷的有效回收率分别为100.0%和94.1%,专家权威系数分别为0.880,0.889,肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.423,0.576,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。最终形成的评价指标体系包括4项一级指标、12项二级指标和43项三级指标,其中背景评估包括2个二级指标和7个三级指标;输入评估包括4个二级指标及13个三级指标;反应评估包括4个二级指标及15个三级指标;输出评估包括2个二级指标及8个三级指标。结论:基于CIRO培训评估模型构建的继续护理学教育效果评价指标体系具有较好的科学性和可靠性,可为继续护理学教育效果评价及持续改进提供依据。Objective:To construct the evaluation index system of the effect of continuing nursing education based on CIRO training evaluation model,so as to provide a scientific,comprehensive and reliable tool for evaluating the effect of continuing nursing education.Methods:Based on the CIRO training evaluation model,the first draft of the index system was developed on the basis of literature review,semi-structured interview and group discussion,and the expert questionnaire was completed.Delphi expert consultation method was used to conduct two rounds of consultation on 17 experts,and AHP was used to determine the weight of each index.Finally,the content of evaluation index system and the weight of each index were determined based on CIRO training evaluation model.Results:The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of questionnaire were 100.0% and 94.1%,the expert authority coefficients were 0.880 and 0.889,and the coefficients of concordance were 0.423 and 0.576,with statistical significant difference(P<0.01).The final evaluation index system included 4 first-level indexes,12 second-level indexes and 43 third-level indexes.Background evaluation included 2 second-level indexes and 7 third-level indexes;input evaluation included 4 second-level indexes and 13 third-level indexes;response evaluation included 4 second-level indexes and 15 third-level indexes;output evaluation included 2 second-level indexes and 8 third-level indexes.Conclusion:The evaluation index system of continuing nursing education based on CIRO training evaluation model is scientific and reliable,which can provide a basis for evaluation and continuous improvement of continuing nursing education.
