摘  要:目的评估差异性教学方式实施于神经外科实践带教过程中的教学意义。方法下面报告中将2018年5月—2019年5月在本医院神经外科实习的32名实习学生归入参照组详细探究资料,选择常规神经外科实践带教方式,将2019年6月—2020年6月在本医院神经外科实习的32名实习学生归入试验组详细探究资料,选择将问题用作基础的神经外科实践带教方式,计算不同方面考查分数结果、对于实践带教各个方面具体评估情况、对实践带教对应效果状况满意合计数据值。结果试验组病历书写质量方面考查分数结果、理论基础知识笔试方面考查分数结果、技术实践操作方面考查分数结果相比较参照组详细统计指标项目出现增加(P<0.05);试验组认为自己可较快适应实践带教方式人数、认为可培养自身搜集资料及运用信息方面能力人数、认为有助于对新知识方面的学习人数、认为可提升自身学习方面兴趣及自学能力人数、认为有助于可扩宽自身知识面人数、认为可提升自身言语表述能力及交谈沟通能力人数、认为可培养团队及小组合作意识和能力人数、认为可提升分析及解决问题能力人数相比较参照组详细统计指标项目出现增加(P<0.05);试验组对实践带教对应效果状况满意合计数据值相比较参照组详细统计指标项目出现增加(P<0.05)。结论在神经外科实践带教过程采取将问题用作基础的神经外科实践带教方式展示出较佳教学方面效果。Objective To evaluate the significance of differential teaching method in neurosurgery practice teaching.Methods In the following report,32 interns in neurosurgery of our hospital from May 2018 to may 2019 were included in the reference group for detailed inquiry data.The conventional neurosurgical practice teaching method was selected,and the 32 internship students in neurosurgery practice of our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were included in the experimental group for detailed inquiry data,and the neurosurgery practice with questions as the basis was selected teaching method calculate the score results of different aspects,evaluate the specific aspects of practical teaching,and be satisfied with the corresponding effect of practical teaching,and sum up the data value.Results Compared with the results of the examination scores of the writing quality of medical records,the written examination of basic theoretical knowledge and the examination scores of technical practice in the experimental group,the detailed statistical index items of the reference group increased(P<0.05);the experimental group thought that they could quickly adapt to the practice teaching mode,and that they could cultivate their ability to collect data and use information The number of students,the number of people who think it is helpful to learn new knowledge,the number of people who think that it can improve their interest in learning and self-learning ability,the number of people who think that it can help to broaden their knowledge,the number of people who think that they can improve their ability of speech expression and communication,the number of people who think that they can cultivate the awareness and ability of team and group cooperation,and the number of people who think that they can improve the ability of analyzing and solving problems Compared with the reference group,the detailed statistical index items increased(P<0.05);the experimental group was satisfied with the corresponding effect of practical teaching,and the tota
