摘  要:为了提高精密指向组件的控制参数整定效率,采用改进型继电反馈自整定方法,实现其PID参数的自动整定。建立典型精密指向组件的数学模型,推导传递函数,并采用Matlab进行计算分析。在光学平台上搭建实验测试系统,进行精密指向组件PID参数的改进型继电反馈自整定控制实验,获取临界增益K_(u)和临界周期T_(u),根据整定公式得到PID参数,并与理论计算结果进行比对。测试结果表明:改进型继电反馈自整定过程可以获取优化的参数,具有超调小、响应速度快等优点。In order to improve the tuning efficiency of control parameters of the precision pointing component,an improved relay feedback auto-tuning method is adopted to realize the automatic tuning of its PID parameters.The mathematical model of the typical precision pointing component is established,the transfer function is derived,and Matlab is used for calculation.An experimental test system is set up on the optical platform,and an improved relay feedback auto-tuning control experiment of precision pointing component PID parameters is carried out.The critical gain K_(u) and critical period T_(u) are obtained to get PID parameters according to the tuning formula,and its results are compared with theoretical calculation results.The test results show that the improved relay feedback auto-tuning process can obtain optimized parameters,and has the advantages of small overshoot and fast response speed.
