摘 要:本文对法国护理人员的生源、录取和培养等情况进行描述,对我国护理教育对象、课程设置、护士执业资格准入和专科护士培养方面提出相关建议,即护理学院提前实施干预,缩小学校护理教学与医疗机构护理工作实践之间的差异,改革护士执业资格准入标准,规范专科护士培养等建议,旨在为我国分层次进行护理教育和专科护士教育培养提供借鉴,为相关管理部门制定相关政策提供参考。The article introduced student enrollment and training in nursing school of France and compared to the current situation of nursing education in China.Some suggestions were given on the goal of nursing education,the curriculum development,the admission qualification of nursing practitioner and the training of nursing specialist with potential strategies for intervention in advance by nursing schools filling up the gap between nursing education and clinical nurse practice in hospital,renewing the admission standard of nursing practice as well as standardizing the training program of nursing specialist.This paper may provide reference for education remodeling of nurse and nursing specialist in China.It may also facilitate policy-making by government authority in China.
