摘　　要：目的:探讨简化客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)方式在高职院校护理技能大赛中应用效果。方法:参考四站式OSCE方式,简化设计为两站式OSCE方式,选取本校2020级三年制专科护理专业学生共478人初赛,48人进入简化OSCE方式考核,使用自制调查问卷调查护生对该方式的评价。结果:85.4%的护生认为在高职院校护理技能大赛中有必要采用简化OSCE方式,83.3%的护生认为简化OSCE方式考站设置合理,85.4%的护生认为该方式能帮助提高综合能力,98%的护生认为该方式值得推广。结论:简化OSCE方式有利于客观评价护生专业实践能力,值得在高职院校护理技能大赛中推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of simplified objective structured clinical examination(OSCE) in nursing skill competition in higher vocational colleges. Methods Referring to the four-stop OSCE mode, the simplified design was changed into two-stop OSCE mode. A total of 478 junior college nursing students of grade 2020 in our university were selected for the preliminary competition, and 48 entered the simplified OSCE mode examination. The selfmade questionnaire was used to investigate the evaluation of nursing students on this mode. Results 85.4% of nursing students believed that it was necessary to adopt the simplified OSCE method in the nursing skill competition of higher vocational colleges, 83.3% of nursing students thought that the examination station setting of the simplified OSCE method was reasonable, 85.4% of nursing students thought that this method could help improve their comprehensive ability, and98% of nursing students thought that this method was worth popularizing. Conclusion The simplified OSCE method is conducive to the objective evaluation of nursing students’ professional practice ability, which is worthy of popularization and application in nursing skill competition in higher vocational colleges.
