高等院校学生党员继续教育路径探析

摘　　要：学生党员继续教育作为高等院校学生党建工作的重要环节,以增强大学生党员党性意识、提高大学生党员思想政治素质为根本目标。研究对某地区部分高校基层学工党支部、学生党支部学生党员继续教育现状进行问卷调查和访谈,结果显示高等院校在学生党员继续教育的组织和实施中存在缺乏针对性、实效性,缺乏系统性、创新性,重理论、轻实践等问题。研究借鉴和运用PDCA戴明环管理循环理论,以质量管理和过程管理理念,从计划—实施—考核—改进四方面探讨学生党员继续教育提升路径,为高等院校学生党员继续教育工作提供理论和实践参考。As an important part of the party building work in colleges and universities,the continuing education of student party members takes strengthening the party spirit consciousness and improving the ideological and political quality of the student party members as the fundamental goal.The research conducted questionnaire survey and interview on the status quo of continuing education of student party members in the grassroots student Labor Party branch and student Party branch of some universities in a certain area.The results show that there are some problems in the organization and implementation of the continuing education of student party members in colleges and universities,such as lack of pertinences,effectiveness,lack of systematization and innovation,emphasizing theory rather than practice.Based on the theory of PDCA Deming circle management cycle and the concept of quality management and process management,this paper discusses the ways to improve the continuing education of student party members from four aspects:plan-implementation-assessment-improvement,so as to provide theoretical and practical reference for the continuing education of student party members in colleges and universities.
