竞技强能导向的“课赛相通”教学改革实践探索——以江西旅游商贸职业学院旅游类专业为例

摘　　要：技能竞赛在高职教学改革中发挥重要作用,已然成为职业教育的风向标。为解决高等职业教育中存在的"课、赛少贯通"问题,江西旅游商贸职业学院搭建"标准对接、任务驱动、技能导向、多元评价"的竞技强能平台,以竞技强能为导向,进行"课赛相通"教学改革实践探索。实践表明,"课赛相通"教学改革对"四促一体"育人模式的落地实施,对培养"强根基、懂创新、高素能"高层次复合型旅游类人才,对提高师资队伍工匠精神,对促进学生就业创业都起着积极的作用。Skill competition plays an important role in Higher Vocational Teaching Reform and has become a wind vane of vocational education.In order to solve the problem of "fewer courses and competitions connect" in higher vocational education,Jiangxi Tourism & Commerce Vocational College has built a competitive ability platform of "standard docking,task driving,skill orientation and multiple evaluation",and carried out the practical exploration of teaching reform of "connecting courses and competitions" under the guidance of competitive ability.Practice shows that the teaching reform of "connecting courses and competitions" plays a positive role in the implementation of the "four promotion in one" education model,the cultivation of highlevel composite tourism talents with "strong foundation,understanding innovation and high quality ability",the improvement of the craftsman spirit of teachers and the promotion of students’ employment and entrepreneurship.
