摘　　要：针对目前导师立德树人工作存在的问题,构建科学完善的导师评价体系具有重要意义。以扎根理论为基本方法,以国家政策为导向,结合高校导师管理工作经验,构建了四维三级的导师评价体系,并根据编码参考点数确定了指标权重。导师评价应重视导师人格特征和指导能力,适当控制教学、科研绩效比重。实际工作中要充分利用信息化手段,坚持模糊与精确、过程与结果、多维与多元、共性与个性相结合的评价原则,为高校人才培养提供有力抓手。Based on current problems,constructing a scientific post-graduate supervisors evaluation system plays an importantrole in implementing the fundamental task of moral education.With grounded theory as the bhasic method,national policy as theguidance,combined with the work experience of university tutor management,this paper constructs a four-dimensional and three-level Supervisors evaluation system.According to the reference point ratio of the node code,the weight of each indicator iscalculater.Tutor evaluation should pay more altention to personality characteristics and guidance ability,and properly control theproportion of teaching and research performance.In practical work,we should make full use of modern information technique,adhere to the furay and accurate,evaluation principles process and result,muli-dimensional and multiple,common and individualcombination,which should provide an effective method for talent cultivation in universities.
