摘　　要：目的分析对口腔门诊患者行人文关怀和护患沟通的作用。方法选择2018年2月—2019年6月在我院口腔门诊收治的80例患者开展研究,利用随机数表法将研究对象划分成对比组(常规干预,40例)与研究组(人文关怀和护患沟通,40例),比较这两组患者的干预效果。结果研究组获得的心理改善程度、总医护依从性都高于对比组(P<0.05)。结论对实施人文关怀与有效互换沟通在口腔门诊收治的患者中,可以在很大程度上缓解他们内心的不安情绪,使患者更加配合临床治疗工作。Objective To analyze the effect of humanistic care and nurse patient communication on outpatients of Stomatology.Methods A total of 80 patients who were admitted to the oral outpatient department of our hospital from February 2018 to June 2019 were selected for the study.The subjects were divided into the control group(40 cases for routine intervention)and the research group(40 cases for humanistic care and nurse-patient communication)by using the random number table,and the intervention effects of these two groups were compared.Results The degree of psychological improvement and total medical compliance in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of humanistic care and effective exchange communication can alleviate their inner uneasiness to a great extent and make patients more cooperate with clinical treatment.
