摘  要:颅内动脉瘤(IA)的发病机制与遗传因素、血流动力学等相关,主要为先天性血管壁发育不良和颅内动脉获得性退行性改变所导致的血管壁破坏。目前认为IA是环境因素作用下多基因遗传因素相互作用的结果。结缔组织纤维蛋白、细胞成分、蛋白多糖、糖蛋白、糖脂和黏附分子组成的异源性混合体共同构成了血管壁结构和功能的完整性,其中任何一种成分的潜在遗传性缺陷均可能干扰其功能的完整性,而动脉管壁结构异常成为促进动脉瘤发生的因素。近年随着分子遗传学的不断发展、各种研究手段的不断应用,IA发病机制的研究成为可能。The pathogenesis of intracranial aneurysm(IA)is related to genetic factors and hemodynamicswhich mainly includes congenital vascular wall dysplasia and acquired degenerative changes of intracranial arteries.At present,it is considered the result of the interaction of polygenic genetic factors under the action of environmental factors.The heterologous mixture of connective tissue fibrin,cell components,proteoglycans,glycoproteins,glycolipids and adhesion molecules together constitutes the integrity of vascular wall structure and function.The potential genetic defects of any component may interfere with its functional integrity,and the abnormal structure of arterial wall is a factor promoting the occurrence of aneurysms.In recent years,with the continuous development of molecular genetics and the continuous application of various research methods,it is possible to study the pathogenesis of IA.
