中医临床基础课程融合教学的体会

摘　　要：中医临床基础学科主要课程包括《伤寒论》《金匮要略》及《温病学》3门课程。此文从教师层面、学生层面对中医临床基础课程融合教学的作用进行分别论述,认为融合教学体现了中医经典理论从源到流的传承和发展过程,学术思想、学术观点一脉相承的特点,对提高中医类本科生中医临床基础课程的教学效果,对学生中医临床思维的培养和中医临床诊治能力的提升有着不可忽视的重要作用。The main courses of basic clinical disciplines of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) include three courses:Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases, Synopsis of Golden Chamber and Febrile Diseases.This article separately discusses the role of integrated teaching of basic clinical courses of TCM from the teacher level and the student level.It is believed that integrated teaching reflects the inheritance and development process of the classical theories of TCM from the source to the flow.The teaching effect of TCM clinical basic courses for undergraduates of TCM plays an important role in the cultivation of TCM clinical thinking and the improvement of TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment capabilities.
