摘  要:高职高专院校是培育工匠型人才的孵化基地,高职高专院校学生综合素质的提升事关技能型人才培养大局。本文立足于我国高职高专院校发展实际,基于科学性、系统性、全面性等原则,深入探讨了高职高专院校学生综合素质的评判标准,具体涵盖了思想品德达标、专业技能过硬、用人单位满意、师生关系融洽、学生自我认同等五个维度,并结合实际从德育创新、就业指导、学校重视和政府扶持等视角锚定了提升高职高专院校学生综合素质的路径设计。Higher vocational colleges are an incubation base for cultivating artisan talents.The improvement of the quality of students in higher vocational colleges is related to the situation of skilled talent training.This article is based on the actual development of higher vocational colleges in my country,based on the principles of scientificity,systematization,and comprehensiveness,and explores the evaluation criteria for the comprehensive quality of students in higher vocational colleges.The evaluation criteria specifically cover five dimensions:Ideological and moral standards,excellent professional skills,employer satisfaction,harmonious relationship between teachers and students and students’self-identity.Combined with reality,the path design to improve the comprehensive quality of students in higher vocational colleges is anchored from the perspectives of moral education innovation,employment guidance,school attention and government support.
