摘 要:在线学习力主要由动力系统、行为系统、调节系统和支持系统4个相互作用的部分组成。调查分析发现,远程学习者在线学习力处于中等偏上水平;动力系统中的学习毅力、行为系统中的信息理解力、调节系统中的计划力以及支持系统中的学习基础等关键力量较为薄弱;不同性别、不同专业类别的远程学习者的在线学习力存在着较大差异,乡村地区的远程学习者的在线学习力有待进一步提高,家庭经济条件是影响远程学习者在线学习力的重要因素。针对上述调查情况,应优化远程学习者的学习力系统,整体提升在线学习力;树立正确社会性别意识,提高女生在线学习意愿;立足乡村学习者实际需求,提供关键资源支持。The online learning power of distance learners consists of four interactional parts:driving system,behaving system,regulating system and supporting system.By surveying and analyzing online learning power of distance learners,it is found that their online learning power is above average;key strengths such as their learning perseverance in driving system,information comprehension in behaving system,planning ability in regulating system,learning foundation in supporting system are insufficient;the online learning power is greatly different with distance learners’genders and majors;It needs to be further improved of online learning power of distance learners in rural areas.Besides,the family economic background is an important factor.Based on the investigation above,we should optimize the learning power system of distance learners and improve the online learning power as a whole;establish a correct social gender awareness and increase the online learning willingness of female learners;base on the actual needs of rural distance learners and provide key resources support.
