摘　　要：随着社会经济飞速发展和现代职业教育体系的逐步完善,社会越来越需要高质量、多样性的教育,这使得职业启蒙教育成为当前教育改革和发展的重要内容。作为肩负着海洋强国使命的航海类职业院校,应通过校企合作、特色体验课开发、金牌团队打造积极参与职业启蒙教育,帮助青少年树立蓝色海洋梦。With the rapid development of social economy and the gradual improvement of modern vocational education system,the society needs more and more high quality and diversified education,which makes professional enlightenment education an important content of current education reform and development.As maritime vocational colleges with the mission of becoming a maritime power,it is necessary to participate in professional enlightenment education actively and to help young people to establish a blue ocean dream through college-enterprise cooperation,special experience course development and gold team building.
