摘  要:为提高微机电系统(MEMS)陀螺仪的标定效率及精度,提出一种基于改进模观测法的MEMS陀螺仪无转台标定方法。首先,对模观测法进行改进,将模观测法中的角速度观测改进为角度观测,并通过手动旋转MEMS陀螺仪使其回到初始位置,保证角度输出积累量为零,从而将MEMS陀螺仪的参数标定问题转化为函数优化问题。然后,将改进果蝇优化算法引入到代价函数的优化求解中,从而实现MEMS陀螺仪的参数标定。仿真实验和实物验证的结果证明了该方法在MEMS陀螺仪无转台标定中的有效性,有利于提高MEMS陀螺仪的标定效率;与牛顿迭代法和PSO(粒子群优化)算法的对比结果证明了改进果蝇优化算法在提高MEMS陀螺仪标定精度、标定成功率以及减少标定时间方面非常有效。In order to improve the calibration efficiency and accuracy of MEMS gyroscope,a calibration method of MEMS gyroscope without turntable based on improved norm-observation method is proposed.This method first improves the norm-observation method.The angular velocity observation in the norm-observation method is improved to angle observation,and the MEMS gyroscope is manually rotated to return to the initial position to ensure that the angle output accumulation is zero.In this way,the problem of parameter calibration of the MEMS gyroscope can be transformed into the problem of function optimization.Then,the improved fruit fly optimization algorithm is introduced into the optimization solution of the cost function,so as to complete the parameter calibration of the MEMS gyroscope.Through simulation experiments and practical verification,the results prove the effectiveness of the method in the calibration of MEMS gyroscopes without turntables,and improve the calibration efficiency of MEMS gyroscopes.Through comparison with the Newton iteration method and the PSO algorithm,the results prove the improved fruit fly optimization is effective in improving the calibration accuracy of the MEMS gyroscope,improving the calibration success rate and reducing the calibration time.
