摘　　要：为满足高等医学院校教育模式的快速发展,通过培养医学生的临床思维能力,构建以器官-系统疾病为中心的实验诊断学教学模式课程的内容体系,同时组建临床经验丰富的师资团队,在实验诊断学教学中引入以器官-系统疾病为中心的教学模式,建立临床病例库并实施案例式教学,形成复合型教学方法,通过结合临床典型病例模拟临床环境的方法培养学生的临床思维,通过搭建网络资源共享平台,改进考核方式等方法提高其学习积极性,培养自学能力,引导学生运用理论知识来解决临床问题,在提高教学质量的同时不断总结经验,探索新的实验诊断学实验教学模式与方法。Objective:In order to meet the rapid development of the educational model of medical colleges and universities,the content system of the teaching model course of experimental diagnostics centered on organsystem diseases is constructed by cultivating the clinical thinking ability of medical students,and a team of teachers with rich clinical experience is set up.The teaching mode of organ-system diseases is introduced into the teaching of experimental diagnostics,and the compound teaching method is formed.The students'clinical thinking is cultivated by simulating the clinical environment with typical clinical cases.Measures including building a network resource sharing platform and improving the assessment methods are taken to improve students’learning enthusiasm,cultivate their self-study abilities,and guide them to put theoretical knowledge into solving clinical problems.Thus,in the process of improving the teaching quality,the experience is summarized and new experimental teaching models and methods of laboratory diagnostics are explored.
