时尚与时间--从“关于时间:时尚与绵延”时装展谈起

摘　　要：2020年秋纽约大都会博物馆推出了以“关于时间:时尚与绵延”为题的时装展,旨在用具体的时装史物思考时尚与时间之间断裂性与循环性并存的关系。本文从该展主题出发,认为时尚的短暂性、周期性和新颖性等本质特征决定了时尚与时间之间的内在关联,正是这些特征决定了绵延是时尚时间的存在方式、新颖是时尚时间的显现方式、像化是时尚时间的表征方式。同时,对时尚主体来说,时尚是有意味的时间。时尚不仅关乎当下,也连接着过去和未来,是时尚主体开启世界的方式之一,也是世界万物向主体显现自身的方式之一。The fashion exhibition named“About Time:Fashion and Duration”was held in New York Metropolitan Museum of Art in 2020 fall,which aimed to explore the disruptive and circulative relationship between fashion and time with the modern and historical fashion objects.Viewing from the theme of this exhibition,this paper puts forward the idea that the temporality,periodicity,and novelty of fashion determine the inner connection between fashion and time.For the time of fashion,duration is its way of being,novelty is its way of appearance and image is its way of representation.For the fashion subject,fashion is a period of meaningful time.It is not only for the moment,but also connects past and future and exists as a way of opening to the world for the fashion subject and a way of the world appearing to the subject.
