摘 要:重症医学科(intensive care unit,ICU)的患者病情危重,往往合并多器官功能不全,诊治流程复杂,尽管年轻医师在理论方面已经有了初步的认识,但在面对临床实践中复杂多变的病情时往往难以掌握要领。因此,如何改进教学方法,提高教学的成效是培养合格的住院医师乃至重症医学科医师的关键。病例教学法基于以学生为中心,以病例为基础,从而对学生展开教学。通过对典型病例进行深入分析探讨,组织学生针对逐层深入的问题进行讨论,能够较好地达到理论联系实践的教学目的。在教学的过程中,进一步结合国内外相关文献的拓展讲授,可以有效提升教学效率和质量。Intensive care unit(ICU)patients are in critical condition,often with multiple organ dysfunction,and the diagnosis and treatment process is complicated.Although young doctors have a preliminary understanding in theory,they face complex changes in clinical practice.It is often difficult to grasp the essentials during illness.Therefore,how to improve teaching methods and improve the effectiveness of teaching is the key to training qualified residents and even intensive care physicians.Case teaching method is based on student-centered and case-based,so as to teach students.Through in-depth analysis and discussion of typical cases,students are organized to discuss in-depth questions layer by layer,which can better achieve the teaching purpose of combining theory with practice.In the teaching process,further combining with the extended teaching of relevant domestic and foreign literature can effectively improve the teaching efficiency and quality.
