摘 要:基于痕量镉(Ⅱ)对过氧化氢氧化的酸性大红溶液褪色反应有强烈的催化作用,建立了测定鲜香菇中痕量镉的新方法。通过单因素实验确定最佳实验条件为:1.0 mL 0.5 g/mL酸性大红、1.0 mL 5%过氧化氢、2.0 mL pH9.5的氨水-氯化铵缓冲溶液、在100 ℃水浴中加热20 min,该方法测得镉(Ⅱ)浓度在0~0.1 μg/mL内呈线性关系,检出限为0.0138 μg/mL,该方法测定鲜香菇中镉含量为0.0398 mg/kg,测定结果的相对标准偏差在3.6%左右,加标回收率在87.8%~95.1%,与国标中方法相比无显著性差异,可用于测定鲜香菇中痕量镉。Based on the strong catalytic effect of trace Cadmium (Ⅱ) on the discoloration of acid scarlet solution oxidized by hydrogen peroxide,a new method for the determination of trace cadmium in fresh Lentinus edodes was established.The optimum conditions were determined by single factor experiment as follows:1.0mL 0.5 g/mL acid scarlet,1.0 mL 5% hydrogen peroxide,2.0 mL pH 9.5 ammonia ammonium chloride buffer solution,heating in 100 ℃ water bath for 20 minutes.The concentration of Cadmium (Ⅱ) measured by this method was in the range of 0~0.1 μg/mL.The detection limit was 0.0138 μg/mL.It can be applied to the determination of trace cadmium in Lentinus edodes.The content of Cadmium in fresh Lentinus edodes was 0.0398 mg/kg.The relative standard deviation was about 3.6%,and the recovery was 87.8%~95.1%.Compared with the national standard method,the method has no significant difference and can be used for the determination of trace Cadmium in Lentinus edodes.
