摘　　要：为解决学生在生物化学课程学习中学习动力不足、学习效果差和学习效率低的问题,本课程教学团队将BOPPPS模式应用于课程混合式教学的设计中。本文分析了BOPPPS模式的内涵及其与混合式金课建设的关系,并以"核酸的理化性质及研究方法"一章为例,从准备、设计、实践和反馈改进四个阶段阐述基于BOPPPS的混合式教学设计,并探讨了提高教学质量的有效途径。In order to solve the problems of lacking motivation,poor effect and low efficiency in Biochemistry learning,the teaching team applied BOPPPS mode to carry out the design of blended teaching.This work analyzed the connotation of BOPPPS mode and its relationship with the construction of blended"golden course".Taking the chapter of"Physical and chemical properties and research methods of nucleic acids"as an example,the author expounded the blended teaching design based on BOPPPS mode from the four stages of preparation,design,practice and feedback improvement,and discussed the effective ways to improve the teaching quality.
