摘  要:“双高计划”和国家级职业教育教师教学创新团队建设都是《国家职业教育改革实施方案》战略部署的重要内容,两者具有目标一致性和关联性。以山东商业职业技术学院云计算与大数据应用专业领域国家级职业教育教师教学创新团队建设为例,从打造高水平结构化教师教学创新团队、校企共建团队协作共同体、创新团队协作的模块化教学模式进行全面探索与实践,以期形成高水平“双师型”教师教学创新团队建设的山商范式。“Double High Program”and the construction of national vocational education teachers'teaching innovation team are important contents of the strategic deployment of National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan,both of whose goals have consistency and relevance.Taking the construction of national vocational education teachers'teaching innovation team in the field of cloud computing and big data application in Shandong Institute of Commerce and Technology(SICT)as an example,this paper comprehensively explores and practices the modular teaching mode of building a high-level structured teaching innovation team,school-enterprise cooperation community,and innovative team cooperation,with a view to forming a SICT paradigm of high-level“Dual-Qualified Teachers”teaching innovative team building.
