摘 要:以高职机电类专业“双师型”教师教学能力提升途径为研究对象,分析影响高职机电类专业“双师型”教师教学能力提升的影响因素。构建涵盖课程思政融入专业课堂、专业技能提升、课程开发能力提升、赛教融合、“1+X”证书制度等要素的高职机电类专业“五位一体”“双师型”教师教学能力提升培养体系,并开展实证研究,使高职机电类“双师型”教师的教学能力得到快速提升。Taking the method of improving the teaching ability of“dual-qualified”teachers in electromechanical majors in higher vocational colleges as the research object,the article analyzes the influencing factors that affect the improvement of the teaching ability of“dual-qualified”teachers in electromechanical majors in higher vocational schools.Constructing the teaching ability of“five-in-one”and“double-qualified”teachers in the electromechanical majors of higher vocational colleges covering elements such as the integration of curriculum ideology and politics into the professional classroom,the improvement of professional skills,the improvement of curriculum development ability,the integration of competition and education,and the“1+X”certificate system improve the training system,and carry out empirical research,so that the teaching ability of“double-qualified”teachers in higher vocational electromechanics has been rapidly improved.
