摘　　要：为建设测控技术教学团队,教学团队遵循着"以平台凝聚人、以名师带动人、以项目培养人"的培养原则,依托双一流专业建设,团队建设围绕教学队伍、教学条件、教学方法、人才培养等建设全面展开,努力打造示范性课程。通过课程体系专业基础课程—专业课程—实践训练课程—跨专业项目实现人才培养。文中介绍了团队建设的纲领、原则、建设实施内容、特色及成果。In order to build the teaching team of measurement and control technology,the training principle of "uniting people with platform,driving people with famous teachers and training people with projects" were followed by the teaching team.Relying on the construction of double first-class majors,the team building was fully carried out around the construction of teaching team,teaching conditions,teaching methods and personnel training,and strives to create demonstration courses.Talent training was realized through professional basic courses of curriculum system-professional courses-practical training courses-cross-professional projects.The program,principles,implementation contents,characteristics and achievements of team building were introduced.
