摘 要:工程类毕业生就业竞争日益激烈,学生就业满意度与企业需求间的矛盾日益凸显。本研究以高职院校工程类学生的岗位胜任力为研究对象,从施工企业需求出发,采用德尔菲专家调查法,探讨工程类学生岗位胜任力的评价指标,初步将工程类学生岗位胜任力的评价模型体系定为理论知识、实践操作、人际交往、自我特质4项一级指标和16项二级指标,以达到真实全面评价学生岗位胜任力的目的,引导工程类专业学生与企业岗位对接,使其毕业后能尽快适应岗位需求,促进其职业发展。The employment competition of engineering graduates is becoming increasingly fierce,and the contradiction between students'employment satisfaction and enterprise demand is becoming increasingly prominent.Taking the post competence of engineering students in higher vocational colleges as the research object,starting from the needs of construction enterprises,this study uses delphi expert survey method to explore the evaluation indicators of post competence of engineering students,and preliminarily defines the evaluation model system of post competence of engineering students as theoretical knowledge,practical operation,interpersonal communication are 4 first-class indicators and 16 second-class indicators of self traits,so as to achieve the purpose of truly and comprehensively evaluating students'post competence,guide engineering students to connect with enterprise posts,so that they can adapt to post needs as soon as possible after graduation and promote their career development.
