摘　　要：抓好思想政治教育工作是高校坚持社会主义办学方向,落实立德树人根本任务的重中之重,高校有必要引入心理疏导,提高思想政治教育的针对性与亲和力。要提升教育者的心理疏导能力,让高校思想政治教育工作者“专”起来;充分尊重学生的认知规律,让高校思政课程、课程思政“活”起来;发挥实践平台作用,让高校思想政治教育“立”起来;创设平等空间,让高校思想政治教育“亲”起来;引入网络新媒体,让高校思想政治教育“潮”起来。Grasping the ideological and political education is the top priority for colleges and universities to adhere to the socialist school running direction and implement the fundamental task of foster character and civic virtue.It is necessary for colleges and universities to introduce psychological counseling to improve the pertinence and affinity of ideological and political education.We should improve the psychological counseling ability of educators and let the ideological and political educators in colleges and universities"specialize";fully respect students'cognitive law and make ideological and political courses and courses"live"in colleges and universities;give play to the role of practice platform to make ideological and political education in colleges and universities"stand up";create equal space to make ideological and political education"pro"in colleges and universities;the introduction of new network media will make the ideological and political education"tide"in colleges and universities.
