摘 要:为了探索农村体育教师工作投入感及其影响因素之间内在关系,采用自编“农村体育教师工作投入感问卷”对广元市四县三区教师随机抽样调查。研究结果表明:本地区农村体育教师工作投入感总体上看处于较高水平,工作活力与专注是工作投入感两个维度,影响投入感水平有三个因素:学校工作要求、工作资源、个人资源。提升农村体育教师工作投入感水平应从教师个人专业素养、学校领导决策、政策保障等方面采取相关策略。To explore the correlation between the job involvement of rural PE teachers and its influence factors,a self-designed"Questionnaire for Rural PE Teachers'Job Involvement"was used to conduct a random sampling survey of teachers in four counties and three districts in Guangyuan city.The results show that the overall job involvement of rural PE teachers in this area is high.Job vitality and focus are two dimensions of job involvement.There are three factors that affect the level of job involvement:school’s work requirements,work resources and personal resources.To improve the level of rural PE teachers'job involvement,relevant strategies should be implemented from the aspects of teachers'personal professional quality,school leaders'decision-making and policy guarantee.
