运动人体科学实验教学改革研究——以伊犁师范大学为例

摘　　要：为促进运动人体科学实验教学发展和对创新型应用人才的培养,以伊犁师范大学为研究对象,运用文献法、问卷法、访谈法等方法,对运动人体科学实验教学的现状进行分析,结合时代背景和伊犁师范大学的特点,提出改变教学观念,提高实验教学地位、实施开放式教学、建立模块化教学、丰富教学方法和手段、优化实验考核制度等方案。旨在为新疆高等院校提供一种可借鉴的运动人体科学课程实验教学改革方案。To promote the development of the exercise phyiology experiment teaching and the application of innovative talents,to ili normal university as the research object,using literature method,questionnaire method,interview method and other methods,analyzes the present status of experimental teaching of exercise phyiology,combined with the era background and the characteristics of ili normal university,put forward to change the teaching idea,improve the experiment teaching status,to set up the modular teaching rich,hierarchical teaching content,teaching methods and means,implementing open teaching and experiment examination system and optimization scheme for colleges and universities in Xinjiang to provide a kind of human movement science courses can be drawn lessons from the experimental teaching reform.
