摘 要:稳步发展职业本科教育是实现教育高质量发展的关键一环,更是撬动国家高质量发展的重要支点。新时代职业本科教育要紧紧围绕国家高质量发展的底层逻辑开展服务,并在服务过程中助推我国职业教育高质量发展。为更好地服务国家高质量发展战略,发展职业本科教育需要肩负起以下使命,一是扎根城市发展需求,服务区域经济与社会发展布局;二是丰富校企合作形式,提升我国企业的产业创新能力;三是开设紧缺性专业,加速建成中国化的现代产业体系;四是优化教育内在结构,稳步推进高质量教育体系建设。同时,为保障职业本科教育服务国家高质量发展的愿景,还应该制定相应的保障措施,首先,建立类型化的职教高考,保障职业本科教育招生的正义性;其次,制定严格的专业教学标准,保障职业本科教育人才培养质量;最后,完善技术人才政策支撑,保障职业本科教育毕业生职业发展。The steady development of vocational undergraduate education is a key part of achieving high-quality education development,and it is also an important fulcrum for leveraging the national high-quality development.In the new era,vocational undergraduate education should closely focus on the bottom logic of national high-quality development,and promote the highquality development of Vocational Education in China.In order to better serve the national high-quality development strategy,the development of vocational undergraduate education needs to shoulder the following missions.First,take root in the needs of urban development and serve the layout of regional economic and social development;Second,enrich the forms of school enterprise cooperation and improve the industrial innovation ability of Chinese enterprises;Third,set up scarce majors and accelerate the construction of a modern industrial system with Chinese characteristics;Fourth,optimize the internal structure of education and promote the construction of high-quality education system.At the same time,in order to ensure the vision of vocational undergraduate education serving the high-quality development of the country,we should also formulate corresponding safeguard measures.First,establish a typed vocational education college entrance examination to ensure the justice of vocational undergraduate education enrollment;Secondly,formulate strict professional teaching standards to ensure the talent training quality of vocational undergraduate education;Finally,improve the policy support of technical talents to ensure the career development of graduates of vocational undergraduate education.
