摘　　要：基于微信公众号的住院服务流程再造,阐述采用调查法、文献研究法进行探索和实践,通过微信公众号里住院服务功能优化流程设计,应用效果对比表明微信公众号对于流程优化后的优点。Based on official account official account service reengineering process, the paper explores and practices the investigation and practice of the hospital service function through the investigation and literature research method. The comparison of the application effect shows that the We Chat has the advantages of optimizing the process after the optimization of the hospital service function in We Chat. The results of the comparison show that the We Chat is better than the official account.
