摘　　要：阐述大培训体系与实训基地的特点,存在的问题、应对的措施、效果评估,培训的效果,包括培训方法的互动性、高效融入培训,从而更好地提升综合素质。This paper expounds the characteristics, existing problems, countermeasures, effect evaluation and training effect of the large training system and training base, including the interaction and efficient integration of training methods into training, so as to better improve the comprehensive quality.
